The dreaded word........Coronavirus
I know you have read and/or heard loads about this already but I got to say this - following everyone else.
I recognise that it is a concerning time for you and your family regarding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID19), and its impacts on our lives with information changing daily.
Following the increasing number of coronavirus cases being confirmed in the UK and in response to the latest NHS guidance, I am asking if any of my clients are self-isolating as the result of a confirmed or suspected case of coronavirus, or following recent travel, or close contact with someone who has a confirmed case. If this is the case, we can discuss and agree the best way forward for me to support you.
I have put plans in place to prepare for a number of circumstances, including clients self-isolating, or with the possible changes in work, or school situations. I am hoping to offer future sessions via telephone or Skype. I am currently ensuring that these methods would uphold confidentiality. I am working to ensure this will be the case with the support of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).
I am here for anyone and will offer support the best way I can.... watch this space.
